All orders require a minimum of 3 day advance notice, or the order will be cancelled. Address of pickup will be at the bottom of your Order Confirmation Email that you receive after purchase!

Please note that we are closed on Saturdays, and Sundays. In addition to running this home bakery as a hobby, I have a part-time job, so I kindly request that you respect my time.

BearyOnTop is a home-based bakery. All products are made in a kitchen that contains food allergens. Ingredients are sourced from various companies that may also produce products containing allergens. While we take precautions to prevent cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee that our products are 100% allergen-free. If you have serious allergies, we strongly recommend ordering from a bakery that specializes in allergen-free products. BearyOnTop will not be held responsible for any allergic reactions that may occur.

BearyOnTop is not liable for any damages to the product caused by the client (such as improper handling during transportation or storage) once it has been handed over. Please be aware that high temperatures and direct sunlight can negatively affect your product's appearance and taste. Properly store your cakes and treats in a cool area away from direct heat and sunlight, or in the refrigerator.

Please choose a pickup date that you are confident you can commit to. As I operate this business single-handedly, your punctuality is greatly appreciated. I understand that unforeseen events can occur; if you are unable to make your scheduled pickup time, please text or call me in advance. Late pickups are subject to a $10 fee for every hour past the scheduled time, applicable only if no prior notice is given.

Should you wish to cancel an order, kindly reach out to us via direct message or email at least a week before the scheduled pickup date for a full refund. Notifications received after this period will be subject to a 75% refund, as preparations for orders commence well in advance.

If someone else is picking up your order, please inform them of the first and last name used for the order!
